Cantuccini Toscani PGI with Almonds, which are at the heart of Tuscan tradition, are produced according to the original recipe dictated by the production regulations of the Consortium for the Protection of Cantuccini Toscani PGI. They are obtained from the artisanal processing of excellent quality raw materials: flour, almonds, sugar, eggs, butter, and honey. The almonds, of Italian origin and of the best quality, are hand-selected to avoid possible impurities and used whole, unshelled. The PGI denomination guarantees strict control over the production process. Once prepared, the cantucci are baked and then cut while still hot to obtain their characteristic oblique shape. After cooling, the cantucci are packaged in various formats. The final result is a sweet with a strong almond and egg flavor and a crispy texture.

Fabbrica del Panforte is located a few kilometers from Siena. It is like a small but vigorous plant, rooted in the land and culture of the city. The result is of great quality: artisanal baked goods, cared for down to the smallest detail.
For its creations, Fabbrica del Panforte draws inspiration from the past, from the original recipes of the Sienese pastry tradition, inherited from the Masters of Panforte. Known and appreciated since the Middle Ages (13th century), when pilgrims and spice merchants passed through the Via Francigena, Panforte is the Sienese sweet par excellence. It is the result of the transformation and baking of a dough based on quality raw materials: flour, candied fruit, almonds, sugar, honey, and spices.
