CHOCOLATE AND HAZELNUT CANTUCCINI

In this variation of the classic Tuscan biscuit – Cantucci Golosi con Cacao e Nocciole –, the dough is enriched with cocoa and hazelnuts, whose flavours combine perfectly.

The Amari sisters select only the highest quality ingredients. They do not use margarine, preservatives or colourings, but only genuine regional products such as Piedmontese hazelnuts, Carmignano dried fig jam, Tuscan chestnut flour and pure butter obtained from the first skimming of milk cream.
