In the Cantuccini alle Mandorle e Pistacchi, almonds and pistachios combine in a crunchy, smooth, and highly aromatic blend. Once prepared, the cantucci are baked and then cut while still hot to achieve their characteristic shape.

They do not use margarine, preservatives, or artificial colourings, but only genuine regional products such as Piedmont hazelnuts, Carmignano dried fig jam, Tuscan chestnut flour, and pure butter obtained from the first churning of milk cream.
