Cantuccini all'Arancia, typical sweets from the Tuscan tradition, involve the addition of candied Italian orange zest to the dough. They are obtained from the artisanal processing of excellent quality raw materials: flour, almonds, sugar, eggs, butter, and honey.

The best quality almonds are hand-selected to avoid possible impurities and used whole, without their skins. The PGI designation guarantees strict control of the production process. Once prepared, the cantucci are baked and then cut while still hot to obtain their characteristic oblique shape. After cooling, the cantucci can be packaged in various formats. The final result is a sweet with a strong almond and egg flavour and a crispy texture.

La Fabbrica del Panforte
