PISTACHIO CANTUCCINI GLUTEN-FREE - ANTICHI DOLCI DI SIENA

In the gluten-free Pistachio Cantuccini, typical sweets of the Tuscan tradition, the pistachio originating from the Mediterranean region shines, its green colour and intense flavour contrasting with the sweetness of the cantuccio. Specifically formulated for people with gluten intolerance and for coeliacs, they are particularly crunchy and fragrant, obtained from the artisanal processing of excellent quality raw materials: rice flour, corn flour, beet sugar, pistachios and eggs. The best quality almonds are hand-selected to avoid possible impurities and used whole, without the shell. The PGI designation guarantees strict control of the production process. After their preparation, the cantucci are baked and then cut while still hot to obtain the characteristic oblique shape. Once cooled, the cantucci can be packaged in various formats. The final result is a sweet with a strong almond and egg flavour and a crunchy texture.
