In this variant of the classic Tuscan biscuit – Cantucci Golosi con Pezzi di Cioccolato –, the dough is enriched with dark chocolate chips, resulting in soft biscuits with a delicate flavour.

The Amari sisters select only the highest quality ingredients. They do not use margarine, preservatives, or colourings, but only genuine regional products such as Piedmontese hazelnuts, Carmignano dried fig jam, Tuscan chestnut flour, and pure butter obtained from the first churning of milk cream.
