The combination of almonds and figs gives Cantuccini Toscani ai Fichi e Mandorle a perfect balance: the almonds give it crunchiness, and the dried figs provide softness and aroma. Once prepared, the cantucci are baked and then cut while still hot to achieve their characteristic shape. A creation for discerning palates.
The Amari sisters select only the highest quality ingredients. They do not use margarine, preservatives, or colorants, but only genuine regional products such as Piedmont hazelnuts, Carmignano dried fig jam, Tuscan chestnut flour, and pure butter obtained from the first churning of milk cream.
