Covim's Honduras coffee beans are made with 100% Arabica beans from organically grown Honduran plantations, located 1,500 meters above sea level. The coffee is harvested manually and follows the guidelines of the Rainforest Alliance: cultivation that respects the planet and the rights of farmers.

The result is an aromatic and acidic espresso, with notes of red fruits and cocoa. Covim's organic specialty.

Covim

Covim is made up of five Genoese families with extensive experience and tradition in coffee roasting. The coffee they produce is a living fruit: based on the seasons and individual origins, Covim adjusts and adapts its roasting and grinding parameters with specific tests, to ensure consistent quality over time.
