Tasting notes: deep red colour with purple reflections, releasing elegant vanilla notes. On the palate, it is robust and persistent. Consume immediately or cellar for a period of 3 to 5 years.

Winemaking: after destemming and controlled thermal maceration (27°C), it remains in contact with the skins for 12 days. After racking, malolactic fermentation takes place in steel tanks. Ageing in barrels for about 8 months. After bottling, it rests in the bottle for 3 months.
