Tasting notes: deep ruby red in colour. On the nose, red fruits with light notes of spice. It is a wine of excellent body, medium tannins, harmonious and well-balanced.

It pairs especially well with red meat, grilled or roasted, particularly aged meat, but also smoked meats, risottos and cheeses.

Provenance: Trentino Alto-Adige, Trentino. The vineyards are located on medium-high slopes, mainly in the Valle dei Laghi, but also in the Adige Valley.

Grape varieties: 100% Cabernet Sauvignon

Winemaking: The grapes are fermented for about 10 days in small stainless steel tanks to promote greater extraction of high-quality polyphenols. The new wine is initially aged for 2 to 3 months in stainless steel tanks and then in medium-sized oak barrels for a maximum of 6 to 8 months, to preserve its characteristic fruit.

Alcohol content: 13%

Serving temperature: should be served at 18ºC
