Founded in 2003 by sisters Lorella and Mariella Amari, in the small village of Carmignano, located in the Tuscan hinterland, Amari combines cultural heritage with the unique aromas and flavours of its territory.
Lorella and Mariella's interest in the art of pastry making evolved from a simple passion into a true profession. All products are made entirely by hand, combining exclusivity and quality.
