Anfosso's Tumaì Monocultivar Taggiasca 100% Italian Extra Virgin Olive Oil is an extra virgin olive oil of exceptional quality, obtained from healthy and ripe Italian Taggiasca olives, through a continuous cycle mechanical processing with cold working.

Organoleptic characteristics:

Golden yellow with light green nuances, its aroma is fine and harmonious, sweet with spicy notes. The taste is smooth and complex, rich in delicate fruity tones. Bitterness and spiciness are present and well combined.

Acidity: 0.3

Cultivar: 100% Taggiasca

Origin: Chiusavecchia (Imperia), in the Liguria region.

Storage: should be stored in a cool, dry place, away from heat and light sources.
