Anfosso's Tumaì 100% Italian Extra Virgin Olive Oil is an extra virgin olive oil of exceptional quality, obtained from sound and ripe Italian olive varieties (especially Taggiasca), through a continuous cycle mechanical processing process with cold pressing.

Organoleptic characteristics:

Golden yellow with light green nuances, its aroma is fine and harmonious, sweet with spicy notes. The flavour is smooth and complex, rich in delicate fruity tones. Bitterness and spiciness are present and well combined.

Acidity: 0.3

Cultivar: Taggiasca and others

Origin: Chiusavecchia (Imperia), in the Liguria region.

Storage: it should be kept in a cool, dry place, away from heat and light sources.
