Anfosso's Tumaì 100% Italian Extra Virgin Olive Oil is an exceptional quality extra virgin olive oil, obtained from healthy and ripe Italian olive varieties (especially Taggiasca), through a continuous cycle mechanical processing process with cold working.

Organoleptic characteristics:

Golden yellow with light green nuances, its aroma is fine and harmonious, sweet with spicy notes. The flavour is smooth and complex, rich in delicate fruity tones. The bitter and spicy notes are present and well-balanced.

Acidity: 0.3 %

Cultivar: Taggiasca and others

Origin: Chiusavecchia (Imperia), in the Liguria region.

Storage: must be kept in a cool, dry place, away from heat and light sources.
