ANTICA RICETTA SICILIANA CHINOTTO POLARA

Chinotto is a non-alcoholic drink made according to Polara's traditional recipe, using the natural extract of an ancient oriental citrus fruit: the chinotto (Citrus myrtifolia). Although it may vaguely resemble a cola in colour, chinotto has a markedly different flavour profile, characterised by a more pronounced bitterness, yet, simultaneously, a surprisingly fresh aftertaste.

Chinotto can be enjoyed at any time of day and is the perfect choice to accompany various dishes. This drink has become a favourite among connoisseurs of Sicilian products, thanks to its distinct flavour and tradition.
