ANTICA RICETTA SICILIANA CHINOTTO POLARA

Chinotto is a non-alcoholic drink made according to a traditional Polara recipe, which uses the natural extract of an ancient oriental citrus fruit: the chinotto (Citrus myrtifolia). Although it may vaguely resemble a cola in colour, chinotto has a markedly different flavour profile, characterized by a more pronounced bitterness, but, simultaneously, a surprisingly fresh aftertaste.
