The Amarena (sour cherry) is semi-candied and preserved in syrup, following the same secret recipe passed down through generations in a company founded in 1905. A versatile ingredient, it can be enjoyed on its own or over ice cream, but also incorporated into other sweet or savory dishes.

Ingredients: sugar, sour cherries, glucose syrup, water, sour cherry juice (4%), citric acid acidifier, flavouring, anthocyanin colourants extracted from vegetables. Mechanically pitted product. May contain pits or pit fragments. GLUTEN-FREE.
